- Strength training
- Mobility routines
- Rest and recovery checklist
- Reflection journal
- Monthly progress review
The same approach helped me grow my training business, deliver better workshops, manage clients efficiently, and take control of my health and personal life.
A system is not about rigid rules.
It is about designing life intentionally.
